My experience includes many facets of residential real estate including new construction sales with the Minnesota Division of Centex Homes, land sales in an upscale neo-traditional development in Stillwater, MN, 3 years as Director of Relocation for a large St. Paul real estate firm and many years as a real estate broker/salesperson with a major Twin Cities company.  In that highly competitive marketplace,  I sure had to learn to negotiate early on!  I'm proud of my multi-million dollar National Builders' Association sales awards, and ranking among the top ten in sales in a 1500/agent St. Paul company.  I served on the Board of Directors of the St. Paul Humane Society. My HSV career begain in 2000, where I have earned ARA bronze and silver awards for sales production.

While  raised and educated in Buffalo, New York, my husband's 3M career took me to Dayton, Boston, and finally St. Paul, MN. With 4 children, 3 grandchildren, a couple of beloved dogs, and an interesting real estate career, what else can anyone ask?
